Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DropIn (“the Service”), a hosted billing embed operated from India. By adding the DropIn script to your application or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DropIn provides checkout, license-key issuance, entitlement resolution and a hosted customer portal. You remain the merchant of record for sales to your customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use DropIn to sell unlawful goods or services, to process payments you are not authorised to collect, or to circumvent the payment gateways' own terms (Razorpay, Stripe).

3. Fees

The Free tier is limited to ₹40,000 (~$500) processed per calendar month plus a revenue share. Paid tiers are billed as shown on the pricing page. Payment-gateway and applicable taxes (GST) are additional.

4. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” during its current beta. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropIn's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
