Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Pro)

You can cancel the Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal or dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period runs until its end. We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and haven't processed live customer payments through DropIn in that window.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been used to process live customer payments.

Your customers' payments

Refunds to yourend customers are issued by you through the payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe). DropIn does not hold your customers' funds.

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
