Privacy Policy

DropIn processes personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and, for EU users, the GDPR. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

Account email; the public key of your project; order metadata (plan, amount, currency, status); and the email your customers enter at checkout for receipts and license delivery. We do not store raw card numbers — those are handled by Razorpay and Stripe.

How we use it

To operate checkout, issue and verify license keys, send receipts and GST invoices, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. Order records required for tax compliance are retained per Indian law.

Sub-processors

Razorpay and Stripe (payments); the hosting VM operated by the DropIn owner.

Cookies

We use a single first-party analytics cookie-less pageview counter and a localStorage entry to remember a purchased license on the customer's device. No third-party ad trackers.
